2. Review Intent to Build Notification submitted by Terrence & Michelle Delehanty 199 Roberts Shore Rd . Map 20 Lot 73 Proposed 19’ 8” long and 6’ wide floating dock with additional 7’9” wide section with kayak slip.
3. Review letter received from Rich Baker, DEP, regarding Jeness Robbins subdivision with a lot in RP. Rich suggested contacting INFW to assess the nearby stream which is very low and may have the dam taken out.
4. Elect new Chair of Planning Board
