1. Review of minutes of November 10, 2011 meeting.
2. Comments by CEO on matters pertaining to Planning Board.
3. Public is invited to attend and give comments or ask questions of Planning Board.
II. Applications
1. Jennifer Garrett, Map 16, Lot 10, 70 Snow Village RD. Planning Board consideration of 24’ by 24’ attached garage that wasn’t included in permit issued for camp at November meeting. Garrett sent letter to board outlining plans for garage.
2. Leonard Knowlton, Map 5/Lot 15-4, Blueberry Lane. Request to build 30’ X 26’ seasonal camp with attached 15’ X 10’ deck requiring clearing for driveway, septic, parking. Property is within SZ.
III. Administration
1. Any other administrative matters that might properly come before the board.
